RJL Help Haiti Cooperative Trust ‘hhTrust’ and Assets ‘hhAssets’

RJL Help Haiti Cooperative Trust (hhTrust) shall serve the Haitian People under Help Haiti Mission123 to #SaveHaiti, Help the People and Heal the Land.

Primary benefactor is Ritho Jean Louis, who endowed hhTrust with a corpus of assets, including land, properties, businesses and equipment valued at TWENTY-MILLION DOLLARS $USD $20,000,000.00 (‘hhAssets.’)  hhAssets shall be used in perpetuity to benefit the Haitian People and their Lands.  hhAssets shall be jointly held and maintained by custodians R-Solution 2004, Inc. (aka R-Solution Foundation), S.E.D.A., SA and Save The Earth Ecocenter, Inc. (hhCustodians) and loaned or licensed for qualified purposes of emergency relief or sustainable infrastructure development to qualified sub-custodians.

Chief Trustee is Jeff ‘VeganMan’ Tucker.  Trustees (‘hhTrustees’) are: Ritho Jean Louis, Hon. Ralph Latortue, Pastor Elou Fleurine and Claude ‘Papa Reggie’ Reginald Jean.
hhTrustees have mandated operating entities such as Help-Haiti NGO, Help-Haiti Cooperative Chamber of Commerce and Help-Haiti Cooperative Investment and Insurance Bank and assigned essential functions and responsibilities to them and their designees.

hhAssets benefit the Haitian People and their Lands
